Pursuant to Emergency Rule 1 of the Californian Rules of Court, we are not accepting Unlawful Detainer complaints or requests for default. These matters submitted in the drop box will be returned to you. If you think your Unlawful Detainer matters falls into an exception to Emergency Rule 1 of the California Rules of Court, you may make an ex parte application in Department B to seek permission to file that matter.
