eFiling -

As a reminder, beginning April 26th, 2024, eFiling will become mandatory for all parties represented by attorneys in Civil Limited/Unlimited, Family Law, Adoptions, and Probate matters. Update on eFiling -

Starting on July 29th, paper filings and documents sent via eDelivery from attorneys in Civil (Limited and Unlimited), Family Law, Family Support, Adoptions, Mental Health, Small Claims Appeals, and Probate matters will no longer be accepted by the Clerk's Office.  Pursuant to California Rules of Court Rule 2.253(b) and Marin County Superior Court Local Rule 1.51, please file documents electronically through an approved Electronic Filing Service Provider (EFSP).  For more information, please see the following notice.

Overview

The Court complies with Judicial Council of California's Judicial Branch Contracting Manual. The Court uses procurement methods that ensure fair and open competition and that are economical and efficient. Procurement methods used are based on the dollar value of the item to be purchased and on the complexity of the specifications of the purchase.

Important Information

Deadlines: In order for your bid or proposal to be considered by the Court, it must be received by the Due Date & Time and in the manner and method(s) specified in the Request for Proposal or Quote. NO BIDS will be accepted after the deadline, unless the response period is extended by the Court.

Proposer/bidder is solely responsible for ensuring that the full proposal or bid is received by the Court. The Court is not responsible for any delays in mailing via US Postal Service, common carriers or transmission by email or over the internet.

Inquiries regarding specific open or closed Requests for Proposals or Quotes may be directed to pbids@marin.courts.ca.gov or (415) 444-7020, Option 6.

Other Inquiries: The Court does not accept random solicitations. It only accepts specific inquiries about currently open Requests for Proposals and Quotes. For general information regarding purchasing bids, terms or conditions, please call (415) 444-7020, Option 6.
