As a reminder, beginning April 26th, 2024, eFiling will become mandatory for all parties represented by attorneys in civil limited/unlimited, family law, adoptions, and probate matters. Invitation to Comment on Proposed Court Budget

Pursuant to Government Code 68511.7, the Marin County Superior Court provides a summary of the proposed baseline budget for fiscal year 2023-2024 for the public review and comment.  The court will accept written comments until noon, 12:00 pm PST on Thursday, November 9, 2023.  Please see notice.

Comments and request for a hard copy of this proposal may be submitted to accounting@marin.courts.ca.gov or mailed to Marin County Superior Court, Attention: Finance Department, 3501 Civic Center Drive, Room 116, San Rafael, CA 94903.
