Beginning January 1, 2022, the list of resident state tax filers, the list of registered voters, and the Department of Motor Vehicles' list of licensed drivers and identification cardholders residing within the area served by the Court are used as source lists for prospective jurors. Names are randomly selected from the countywide population by computer. If your name, address or birthdate do not match the three sources, you may have more than one record in the jury system. If you receive more than one summons in a one year period, please contact the Office of Jury Services at 415-444-7120.
If you cannot appear on your scheduled appearance date, you may reschedule to another date within the following 6 months. You will be offered a selection of dates to choose from. The request must be made at least two days prior to your scheduled appearance date. Click here to change your date.

Nadie está exento por su trabajo, raza, color, religión, género, origen nacional, orientación sexual o situación económica. In accordance with California Code of Civil Procedures section 215, jurors are paid $15.00 a day, commencing on the second day of service, plus mileage compensation of $.34 cents per mile, two ways. The Court calculates jurors' mileage based on residence zip code. If you take public transportation (i.e., bus, SMART train), you can request up to $12 per day upon first day of service by completing the Marin Public Transit Juror Reimbursement Form.

Yes. If you have a disability, you can complete form MD-410, “Disability Accommodation Request” to enable the Court to accommodate you. Return the completed form either in-person or by mail at least five (5) days prior to your jury summons date.
