PUBLIC NOTICE:

As of Wednesday, June 17, 2026, the Criminal / Traffic division will relocate from room C-10 to room 113.  Please proceed to room 113 on the first floor for any business concerning criminal or traffic matters.

Due to an unexpected water leak in Courtrooms N and O:

  • DCSS, Small Claims, and Traffic matters will be heard in Courtroom D  
    • DCSS remote appearances use the Zoom link for Courtroom O
    • Small Claims and Traffic remote appearances use the Zoom link for Courtroom N
  • The 8:30 a.m. misdemeanor arraignment calendar will be heard in Courtroom M.

Members of the public can register with ePortal by following the instructions here: ePortal – Public Registration. Members of the public will be able to search for general case information and search the court calendar through the ePortal. Please note that certain case information, such as minute records and copies of documents filed with the court, are not available through the ePortal for those with public user accounts.

Invitation Link: After registering with ePortal, you will receive a welcome email with a one-time-login link that expires after 24 hours. Should the link expire, please email portaladmin@marin.courts.ca.gov and request that a new welcome email be generated.
