eFiling -

As a reminder, beginning April 26th, 2024, eFiling will become mandatory for all parties represented by attorneys in civil limited/unlimited, family law, adoptions, and probate matters. About eDelivery

The Marin Superior Court is now providing eDelivery as an optional alternative to delivering your documents to the court by mail, drop box, or in person.

eDelivery allows for the electronic submission of documents for Civil, Family Law, Probate, Adoptions, Small Claims, and more. Law firms and self-represented parties wishing to participate can register online by clicking on the eDelivery portal button to the right on this page and creating an account. Attorney service companies wishing to participate can contact efile@journaltech.com or call (833) 402-9333 Option 3.
