Attorney's Fee Schedule
Effective July 1, 2008
The following fee schedule is established for all cases where the obligation sued upon provides for attorney’s fees, EXCEPT in Unlawful Detainer actions. This schedule shall be used by the Clerk and may be used by the Court to fix attorney’s fees in Default Judgments entered pursuant to CCP § 585.5.
In Default Judgments entered by the Clerk, the fee fixed by the Clerk shall in no event exceed the fee prayed for.
In Unlawful Detainer actions, the attorney’s fee shall be fixed at the sum of $225.00 or at a fee set pursuant to the within schedule, whichever is greater.

| $50,001 to $100,000 | $2,325 plus 2% on amounts over $50,000 |
| $100,001 and over | $3,325 plus 1% on amounts over $100,000 |
