Attorney of Record

Attorneys can register with ePortal by following the instructions here: ePortal – Registration. Attorneys will be able to view Filed Documents and Minute Records if they have registered and are granted token access by the Court. Token access allows more case information than a “Members of the Public” account.

Email Address: The Court is required to verify user access and is doing so with the California State Bar website. When registering your ePortal account use the same email as on the California State Bar website. Your email must match with the Court’s information to be granted token access.

Invitation Link: After registering with ePortal, you will receive a welcome email with a one-time-login link that expires after 24 hours. Should the link expire, please email portaladmin@marin.courts.ca.gov and request that a new welcome email be generated.

ePortal Case Access

If you have registered with ePortal and file a new Complaint or Petition, the Court will verify your email with the California State Bar website. If the emails match, the Court will provide token access upon filing the Complaint or Petition. You will receive an email with an invitation for token access per case.

If you have not registered with ePortal before filing a new Complaint or Petition, and want ePortal case access, please email portaladmin@marin.courts.ca.gov after registering. The email must contain your first and last name, bar number, and the case number(s) you want access to. You will receive an email with an invitation for token access per case.
